All AKADA Candles are made with wooden wicks. Wooden wick candles are different (in a good way) from the cotton wick candles that most of us are used to but they do require a little more love and attention. 

Trim any excess burnt wood with your new wick trimmer for optimal burn time and fragrance before you light it. 

Care information

Trim wick before each burn. To prevent tunneling let candle burn approximatley 45 mins to an hour to melt wax to edge.
